Hybrid or by arrangement, with a weekly meeting. Klang Valley or elsewhere in Malaysia, with site visits when needed. Salary: tell us your expectation.
- Explain the renovation process, terms and pricing to customers
- Prepare quotations, invoices and collect payments
- Arrange renovation timelines and update customers on order status
- Handle after-sales requests
Sales designer
Twice a week or by arrangement, with a weekly meeting. Klang Valley or elsewhere in Malaysia. Commission-based package.
- Follow up enquiries and understand each client’s space, style and budget
- Prepare layout plans and 3D drawings (SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max or similar)
- Build quotations and present proposals
- Do site measurements and coordinate with the site team until handover
Requirements: good English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin; driving licence and own transport for site visits; fresh graduates welcome, interior design or building material experience is a plus.
